Global Health allots 61,500 equity shares under ESOP

Global Health has allotted 61,500 equity shares under ESOP on 22 April 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 53,77,03,764/- divided into 26,88,51,882 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
