Godawari Power & Ispat allots 13.61 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Godawari Power & Ispat has allotted 13,61,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 20 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 67,27,25,910 equity shares of Re 1 each.
