SIS allots 23,006 equity shares under ESOP

SIS has allotted 23,006 equity shares under ESOP on 20 April 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 706,475,825 divided into 141,295,165 equity shares of Rs 5/- each.
