AIA Engineering appoints director

With effect from 20 April 2026
The board of AIA Engineering has appointed Malay Jayendra Dalal (DIN: 01896746) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) of the Company on 20 April 2026 for the first term of 5 years i.e. upto 19 April 2031, subject to approval of the shareholders to be obtained within three months hereof.
