Board of Wipro approves Rs 15,000 cr buyback of shares

The board of Wipro has approved buyback of up to 60,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each (being 5.7% of total paid-up equity share capital) from the shareholders of the Company at a price of Rs 250 per equity share for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 15,000 crore.
