Vikram Kamats Hospitality allots 7.65 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Vikram Kamats Hospitality has allotted 7,65,325 equity shares on conversion of equivalent number of warrants on 15 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 1,81,99,190 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
