Board of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. recommends final dividend

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.65 per equity Share (i.e. 16.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
