Board of Mankind Pharma approves closure of its WoS in Sri Lanka

At meeting held on 13 April 2026

The board of Mankind Pharma at its meeting held on 13 April 2026 has approved the closure/winding-up of Mankind Pharma Lanka, a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company incorporated in Sri Lanka, as due to changed regulatory requirements, the anticipated business objectives are no longer viable.

There has been no business operations in the aforesaid WOS, and it is not a material subsidiary of the Company.
