Bandhan Bank allots 6,273 equity shares under ESOP

Bandhan Bank has allotted 6,273 equity shares under ESOP on 13 April 2026. Post allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs. 16,10,97,23,140/- comprising 1,61,09,72,314 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid-up to Rs. 16,10,97,85,870/- comprising 1,61,09,78,587 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid-up.
