Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals allots 1.76 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals has allotted 1,76,900 equity shares under ESOP on 13 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 13,42,78,300 (constituting of 6,71,39,150 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
