PTC India announced that the tenure of Dr. Jayant Dasgupta (DIN: 07730408), Rashmi Verma (DIN: 01993918) and Narendra Kumar (DIN: 02307690), Independent Director(s) completed on 12 April 2026 and consequently they ceased to be Director w.e.f. 13 April 2026.
