Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services has received credit ratings for commercial paper from CRISIL and India Ratings and Research as under:

Commercial paper (Rs 17,000 crore) - CRISIL A1+
Commercial paper (Rs 20,000 crore) - IND A1+
