IndoStar Capital Finance allots 1,250 equity shares under ESOP

IndoStar Capital Finance has allotted 1,250 equity shares under ESOP on 10 April 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,61,53,85,160 /- consisting of 16,15,38,516 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each.
