Economic Buzz: Germany?s industrial output dips unexpectedly in February

Germany?s industrial activity weakened in February, according to new data from the country?s statistics office. Industrial output fell by 0.3% compared to January, surprising analysts who had expected a 0.9% increase. The January figure was also revised to show no growth instead of a decline.

On a yearly basis, industrial production remained flat in February, following a revised 0.9% drop in January.
