Anand Rathi Wealth board approves bonus issue of 1:1

At meeting held on 09 April 2026

The board of Anand Rathi Wealth at its meeting held on 09 April 2026 has approved bonus issue in ratio of 1:1.

The board also approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 50 crore to Rs 100 crore by way of increase in equity share capital.
