CARE Ratings allots 1,850 equity shares under ESOS

CARE Ratings has allotted 1,850 equity shares under ESOS on 06 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 30,04,88,630/- consisting of 3,00,48,863 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
