MCX Evening Update: Precious metals well supported, Silver gains 1.25%

Gold and Silver are holding up on MCX amid bullish global cues but there is some moderation in both the counters in evening moves. MCX Gold futures are currently trading at Rs 150438 per 10 grams, up 0.51% on the day but have trended lower after approaching Rs 151300-151400 mark in afternoon. MCX Silver futures are trading at Rs 235401 per kg, up 1.25% on the day, having topped out around Rs 236400 per kg.
