Infosys allots 31,656 equity shares under ESOP

Infosys has allotted 31,656 equity shares under ESOP on 05 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 20,27,81,16,895/- divided into 4,05,56,23,379 equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each.
