Aditya Birla Capital allots 8.14 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 8,14,359 equity shares under ESOP on 02 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 2,62,04,20,453 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each.
