V-Mart Retail spurts after revenue jumps 24% YoY to Rs 971-cr in Q4 FY26

V-Mart Retail surged 9.09% to Rs 528.20 after the company?s revenue from operations climbed 24% to Rs 971 crore in Q4 March 2026 compared wit Rs 780 crore posted in Q4 March 2025.
The same stores sales growth (SSSG) stood at 12% for the quarter.
During the quarter, the company opened 29 and clo9 and closed 6 stores, resulting in a total operating portfolio of 577 stores as at 31 March 2026. The 29 new stores includes 11 stores in Uttar Pradesh, 4 in Tamil Nadu, 3 stores each in Bihar and West Bengal, 2 stores each in Jharkhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan and 1 store each in Chhattisgarh and Uttarakhand.
V-Mart Retail operates a chain of value retail stores across multiple Indian cities. The company?s standalone net profit jumped 22.84% to Rs 87.99 crore in Q3 FY26, compared with Rs 71.63 crore in Q3 FY25. Revenue from operations increased 9.71% YoY to Rs 1126.38 crore in Q3 FY26.
