SML Mahindra gains as March sales climbs 6% YoY

SML Mahindra rose 4.90% to Rs 3,978.85 after the company said that it had sold 2,457 units in March 2026, registering a growth of 6% from 2,315 units sold in the same period last year.

The company?s cargo vehicle sales rose 2% to 606 units in March 2026 from 594 units in March 2025, while passenger vehicle sales rose 8% YoY to 1,851 units.

For the period April to March 2026, the company's total sales aggregated to 16,632 units, registering a growth of 17% from 14,221 units sold in the same period a year ago.

SML Mahindra (formerly known as SML Isuzu) is primarily engaged in the business of the manufacture and sale of commercial vehicles and their parts.

The company?s standalone net profit surged 3,209.43%, while revenue from operations increased 62.53% in Q3 FY26.
