Tube Investments of India to invest additional Rs 250 cr in Tl Clean Mobility

Tube Investments of India (TII) and Tl Clean Mobility (TICMPL), a subsidiary of TII, have today (30 March 2026) entered into Subscription Agreement for subscription towards Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares, aggregating about Rs. 250 crore in TICMPL. Consequently, TII and TICMPL have entered into Amended and Restated Shareholders' Agreement with the investors of TICMPL.
