Lupin allots 1.35 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Lupin has allotted 135,892 equity shares under ESOP on 24 March 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 91,43,58,222 consisting of 45,71,79,111 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
