MCX Evening Update: Gold and Silver up around 1%

MCX precious metals are staying supported today as bullish global cues and a tumble in Indian Rupee are boosting the segment. MCX Gold hit a high above Rs 148000 per 10 grams and currently trades at Rs 146872 per 10 grams, up 1.32% on the day. MCX Silver futures are also trading up 1% at Rs 233337 per kg after testing lows around Rs 230000 per kg mark twice.
