SG Finserve has allotted 39,25,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 19 March 2026. Consequently, the issued and paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 59,82,00,000/- comprising 5,98,20,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
