MCX Evening Update: Precious metals supported in volatile trades, Gold up around 1%

MCX Gold edged up, recovering from lows around Rs 155900 per 10 grams mark and currently trades up 0.50% at Rs 156513 per 10 grams. Silver futures also cut losses and currently trade at Rs 257561 per kg, up 0.40% on the day. The counter had hit highs near Rs 263000 per kg in morning trades.
