Board of National Highways Infra Trust recommends final dividend

National Highways Infra Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 March 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.16 per equity Share (i.e. 1.1485%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
