Frontier Springs allots 78.77 lakh equity shares under bonus issue

Frontier Springs has allotted 78,77,022 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each under bonus issue in the ratio of 2:1. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 1,18,15,533 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
