Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 65,755 equity shares under ESOS on 13 March 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 26,19,47,14,750 (i.e. 2,61,94,71,475 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each).
