Patanjali Foods allots 1.86 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Patanjali Foods has allotted 1,86,082 equity shares under ESOP on 13 March 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to Rs. 217,62,08,390/- comprising of 108,81,04,195 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up.
