Ravindra Energy allots 70,000 equity shares under ESOP

Ravindra Energy has allotted 70,000 equity shares under ESOP on 06 March 2025. Upon the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 178,62,44,630 divided into 17,86,24,463 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
