InfoBeans Technologies allots 7.27 cr equity shares under bonus issue

InfoBeans Technologies has allotted 7,27,19,580 fully paid up bonus equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each in the ratio of 3:1. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 96,95,9440 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
