Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 9,71,589 equity shares under ESOP on 20 February 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 26,19,09,21,510 (i.e. 2,61,90,92,151 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each).
