Board of Oberoi Realty recommends Third Interim dividend

Oberoi Realty announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 January 2026, inter alia, have recommended the Third Interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
