ITC Hotels has allotted 29,300 equity shares under ESOS on 16 January 2026. Consequently, with effect from 16 January 2026, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 2,08,28,82,888/- divided into 2,08,28,82,888 equity shares of Rs 1/- each.
