Board of Central Bank of India recommends Third Interim Dividend

Central Bank of India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 January 2025, has recommended a Third Interim Dividend of Rs.0.20 per share (i.e.2%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
