Metro Brands allots 25,250 equity shares under ESOP

Metro Brands has allotted 25,250 equity shares under ESOP on 12 January 2026. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1,36,22,96,205/- (consisting of 27,24,59,241 equity shares of Rs 5 each).
