Rudra Ecovation allots 22.20 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Rudra Ecovation has allotted 22,20,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 09 January 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 11,82,78,000 comprising 11,82,78000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each.
