Jonjua Overseas fixes record date for bonus issue

Record date is 23 January 2026

Jonjua Overseas has fixed 23 January 2026 as record date for allotment of bonus equity shares. Further deemed date of allotment will be done on T+1 i.e. on 27 January 2026 and these Bonus Shares will be made available for trading on the next working day of allotment T+2 i.e. on 28 January 2026.
