SpiceJet allots 71,500 equity shares under ESOS

SpiceJet has allotted 71,500 equity shares under ESOS on 12 November 2025. Post the allotment of shares, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 1,41,35,98,767 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
