PG Electroplast has allotted 6,13,000 equity shares under ESOS on 13 November 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 28,49,64,158/- divided into 28,49,64,158 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.1/- each.
