PB Fintech has allotted 6,17,833 equity shares under ESOP on 07 November 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 92,39,96,216/- consisting of 46,19,98,108 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each.
