Board of Birlasoft recommends Interim Dividend

Birlasoft announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 November 2025, has recommended a Interim Dividend of Rs.2.50 per share (i.e.125%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
