Board of Global Education recommends First Interim dividend

Of Rs 0.5 per share

Global Education announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 3 November 2025, inter alia, have recommended the First Interim dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 25%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
