Fineotex Chemical allots 91.66 cr equity shares under bonus issue

Fineotex Chemical has allotted 91,66,00,720 bonus equity shares in ratio of 4:1. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased from 22,91,50,180 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 114,57,50,900 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
