Angel One allots 90,821 equity shares under ESOP

Angel One has allotted 90,821 equity shares under Angel Broking Employee Long Term Incentive Plan 2021 on 30 October 2025. Consequent to the said allotment, the issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital of the Company stands at Rs. 908,077,490 comprising of 90,807,749 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each.
