Coforge allots 1.98 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Coforge has allotted 198,489 equity shares under ESOP on 17 October 2025. Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up to 334,794,549 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 669,589,098.
