Metro Brands allots 15,697 equity shares under ESOP

Metro Brands has allotted 15,697 equity shares under ESOP on 13 October 2025. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 1,361,647,310/- (consisting of 272,329,462 equity shares of Rs 5 each) to Rs 1,361,725,795/- (consisting of 272,345,159 equity shares of Rs 5 each).
