Suzlon Energy allots 12.48 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Suzlon Energy has allotted 12,48,000 equity shares under ESOP on 11 October 2025. Post aforesaid allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company is Rs.2741,96,29,518/- comprising of 1370,98,14,759 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
