Windsor Machines allots 26.06 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Windsor Machines has allotted 26,06,203 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 07 October 2025. Pursuant to the conversion, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 17,41,69,042/- consisting of 8,70,84,521 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
